
I’ve always been somewhat of a healthy eater, but nothing keeps you in line more than your upcoming wedding.
However, if you’re anything like me, then you like to finish off the evening with something sweet. Rather than binging on an entire pint of Ben and Jerry’s, I decided to whip up my own ice cream. The best part? It only requires three ingredients and, better yet, it’s healthy for you!

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1.) Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2.) Scoop out, top with more frozen blueberries or toasted coconut chips, and eat right away before it melts.
3.) If you prefer it harder, then put it in the freezer for a couple hours and stir every 20 minutes or so.
