Dash of Pepper

Everyone has their go-to condiment.

For instance, one of my best friends puts ketchup or French dressing on just about everything. My aunt, on the other hand, is all about the hot sauce. She’s at the “carry a miniature bottle in her purse” level. For me, it’s simple and straightforward: pepper. A dash is all I really need. When it comes to style, not much changes. I like to keep things effortlessly chic with a little kick every now and then, be it a statement necklace or some kind of funky manicure.

So, you can imagine my delight when I discovered just such a boutique fittingly named Pepper, located in Old Town Scottsdale. The best part, aside from it only being a few blocks from my apartment, is that it places focus on domestic production, sustainable manufacturing, and use of organic products.

As soon as you walk into the store, there’s a cozy corner just begging for you to sit down. I mean, how can you resist a bright blue couch adorned with fuzzy pillows and a puppy? Lining the walls are charming relics of the Southwest, all of which are handmade right here in Arizona. Oh, and don’t even get me started on their home fragrances. Sugar and spice. Gardenia and coconut. Need I say more?

Right before Andrew and I left for round two of the beach, I snagged a few new items for my summer wardrobe, including a sheer striped dress with the perfect amount of slit on the side, an unbelievably soft white t-shirt, and a floral printed tank with the most beautiful shade of periwinkle mixed into it. I also bought that black and white romper, which will be making its first appearance in Las Vegas this coming weekend!

From delicate accessories to totes and hats, this place is my look good, feel good staple. I guess you could say it’s my go-to condiment.

Want in on all of these great finds? Then hop over to their website, enter in the promo code “thestilesfiles”, and receive 20% off everything. Yes, you read that correctly. I said everything. Now go and get to shopping, ladies!
